Article: The Making of a 'Rockprodigy'
One question: how much time do you take rest between each of the phase. The thing is that I have seen that I have to take 1 week rest after each 3 - 4 weeks of hard training sessions. My experiences are if i don't have rest, I can get injured or overtrained.
Another question: is this kind of periodization also suitable for bouldering aswel? Do you need to have PE phase if you are just bouldering and don't climb routes at all?
If someone could explain me this question, it would be a big help for me!
