It’s inexpensive to get a plane ticket to Oahu. I don’t know if there are any established camp grounds in the climbing areas but you are free to simply camp right at the base of the climbing site if you wish. The north shore climbing area is on public property and from what I understand there are no restrictions on its usage. The only thing I would advise against is making a camp fire because the fire dept. may come up and think there is a fire.
From what I gather Oahu is really the only island with climbing. I can show you around the climbing sites when you get here if you wish.
