You should be able to find plenty of partners... boulder is full of climbers. Definitely go to Eldo, Boulder Canyon, and Clear Creek.... Table Mountain if you're desperate (which despite being really short, actually has some pretty good climbs). If for some reason you get to Denver and still don't have a partner, there's some nifty bouldering at flagstaff in boulder. You could always stop by the rei or wilderness exchange in Denver, or Neptune in boulder and ask around for partners.
As far as camping... there's very few places to camp in city limits. There is an rv park with camping in golden. Your best bet is to hike into some blm lands out of town and set up.
