Hey nice find, and great idea too. If you get it good and organized I`ll take it up with the powers that be to have it added as a permanent resource, not just an obscure thread in Esc.en.Esp.
Obviously slang and jargon differ from place to place.

Pinch: pinza (v. pinzar)
Sloper: sloper, slop
Rock!!: Piedra!!
FALLING!: CAIGO!
Slack!: Cuerda! Dame cuerda!
Tension!: Ténsame!
Lower me: bájame
Pull me: jálame
to Lead: puntear, escalar de punta
to Belay: asegurar, dar belay
Handhold: agarre
Foothold: pisadera
Dyno: dinŕmico, lance
Rest: descanso (v. descansar)
Blood: sangre
Blister: ampolla
Calluse: callo
Fingernail: uńa
