I am from Clemson (obviously), and I will agree with the Yonah, Tallulah, and Curahee being pretty good places. For the small size, Curahee has a good amount of variety and lot of mixed gear routes that are easily led. Many sport areas there as well. Yonah could use a little more warmth to be good, because the upper areas have a tendency to freeze and run. Tallulah is great right now, but has a lot less moderate climbs. Out of the Atl gyms, I definitely prefer Adrenaline and we always stop in there if we are at the REI. Cool employees and a huge variety of walls. Your not very far from all the N.C. trad, which is probably one of the best in the Southeast.

Don't forget to check out the Southeastern Climbing Coalition boards. A lot of cool people on there into pretty much everything.
