You could go to the Costa Blanca at the East coast of Spain. There is plenty of nice climbing at your level close to Alicante.
Rockfax http://www.rockfax.com/ publishes a guidebook to the area as well as other areas in Europe.
I have camped at Orange House, a hostel/campsite for climbers: http://www.theorangehouse.net/
If you browse their website,you will find videos and pictures of the climbing in the area.
Be aware that Spain is very hot in the summer.
