meh, keep 'em. as you lose stoppers over the years due to bailing, or fixing, or whatever, you'll always have spares.
i've got like...i dunno, 6 sets or something of various stoppers, and its been pretty nice because once in a while i'll lose a stopper through random events, and i can just pull one from the spare sets to fill its place.
edit: if you dont do it already, double up on the medium stoppers- ive been carrying a set and a half for a couple years now and its been a godsend more often than not, especially on .10 and up!
