Both regular lots were full.. very full.
sorry.. yes. I have no idea about the library. i highly doubt many even bothered to look.
Kobaz. There is one main lot, one small lot, then people are asked to go to the library which is down the road 1/2-1mi?
Either way it's clearly marked NOT to park on the road.. signs all over.
