It's been on a permit basis all year. I got a yearly pass earlier in the spring. I sometimes forget to put it in my window and haven't had any issues, but that doesn't mean it will not lead to future issues.
This area specifically refers to the bubba buttress/central bubba area. I believe the Cemetary is still open for the Sanstonia side, but it wouldn't hurt to double check that info with wild rock first.
