Well, actually, Yosemite park has a lot of bolted climbs. If you go up to Tuolumne, which is where you would want to climb in July, anyway, there are lots of bolted routes. Some are runout (so might not be called sport), but many are not. The easier climbs are mostly runnout. But there are plenty of well bolted 12's and 13s.
I don't boulder, but there seems to be a pretty active boulder scene.
