I use to have a shoulder blade injury... feels sharp pain when i am doing one hand dead hang or normal dead hang or big open moves... now it has spread to my left shoulder (i think cause the left shoulder was carrying too much load)
I forgot to add.. i think its the muscle at the shoulder blade
and when i look down i feel my neck strained abit..
Any advice on how i can rehabilitate it?
quite frustrated cause i cannot train as much and it hurts when i am climbing thanks..
