Olympic lifting or Powerlifting - Whats your poison? I've currently started running through a cycle of a Wendler 5/3/1 modification. Previously i was working on a cycle of an olympic lifting program designed by one of my mentors, but i got footlocked in Jiu Jitsu, didn't tap fast enough and have damaged my ankle The ankle damage means i can do too many heavy dynamic movements, which sucks because olympic lifts sent my power output through the roof. How do you guys integrate BW exercises and climbing into your routines? Also does this site have a training logs for training and supplementation exercises?
