cool! yeah my issue with powerlifting is the stupid things people do in competition just trying to push weight.
I was on starting strength for a time but didnt make much progress. i recently got on wendlers and have made excellent progress. it's quite low volume except the last set.
i'm going on an O-lift mod in a couple months. the scheme is 1-3 reps at 75 to 95% for 5 sets of main lift plus one accessory 3x5. gonna be fun i've got the spread sheet if you'd like to see? (attached)
