at the moment the longest i can hang is 2min, but sometimes i can only do it for 1:30 or so.
Do any of you have an idea what i could do to maximize my time hanging. I am 173cm, weight is 62,5 and my body fat is 11,5%. Do i need to get rid of more body fat? or do i just need to bulk up some muscles? any idea would be greatly appreciated
