Although I have no love (or even respect) for the TSA, I still believe buying/wearing stupid art, just like stupid fashion, should be punished.

I could see how that would be a problem, but none the less, I am not sure he really did anything wrong. I mean the "bomb" is completely harmless and he was not threatening anyone.


One could make the same argument about someone yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded theater... But we all know why this is not OK... Same goes for if people on the plane were to see this 'fake device', as it could stress a lot of people, and even lead to much worse, no?

[hyperbole]Hell, if he were sitting next to pinkie on a crowded bus, he would probaby get shot, as pinkie would see his opportunity to be a "hero", and who knows how many innocent people would be backstops to his bullets.[/hyperbole]
