|Do you have a reference to support that claim? I live in Hawaii, which we can all agree on is humid, and I have mixed stainless hangers with ZPCS bolts many, many times for use around the yard. After five years there is no visible corrosion on any of them. The trick is that they never get wet, yet they are exposed to the outside air 24/7.
Galvanic corrosion can happen as long as there is humidity in the air. It doesn't have to be "wet" to start electron swapping.
