When I'm your age 'climber', you'll be almost 60. We probably won't be using ropes, just some anti-gravity arrestor. (my dad should patent that one!)

I'll give you the House of Sky even though you didn't label it. Tongue
But... Sorry you missed one.
Extra points if anyone can also ID the uber classic Ghost Rock route visible in the pic.

So here I am, home and bored - checking out some of my neglected websites. Enter RC.com and I wander here to find a quiz. Well I'm not the barkeep today so I'll dam well answer the quiz.

Actually Raven is incorrectly identified. I hiked up there a couple years back and it's not worth the hike. Follow the drainage above where Kevin identified it until above and further left.
Unidentified are Silver Tongued Devil, though looking iffy; Angel Eyes left of GBU; White Bird left of the VOTB approach ice; Unforgiven in the lower left quadrant of the pic. Off to the upper right should be Black Rock Falls but either it's not touching down or I'm looking at two snow slopes. If the former, then the locations of The Ribbon, Bloody Mary, and Sunset Falls should be visible if in.
The so far unnamed rock classic you asked for can be seen as a cliff but not identified as a distinct climb, and known as Alberta Jam.

How's that???

Paul's already seen the duct tape plane. It's been doing the rounds in aviation via email for a long time now and it was a year or two ago we saw that. Still kinda cool though.

BTW I think there are a few extra pages since I last logged in here.

Grant, if you label it properly and re-post it, I'll buy you a beer, or maybe two Wink

The United Nations uses a combination of ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 and alpha-3 codes, along with codes that pre-date the creation of ISO 3166, for international vehicle registration codes, the codes on the oval decals used to identify foreign road vehicles;alpha-3 (aka 3-letter country codes) are to be affixed on the left side of the rear bumper, or as low as possible on the left rear of the vehicle itself.

Pretty damn good!
Although I'm not convinced you can see the routes on Blackrock... When I took the pic I was more convinced they were snow slopes. Was lookign for Dodo Bird, but White Bird will do. I'm assuming you didn't even look at the guide too. Good JOB.

Oh, and I agree 110% about the Raven only a guy like Cornell would enjoy the hike in there for the amount of ice there isn't... nothing wrong with that, but like you I prefer more ice for the hike.

Well, this time of year can be chilly in the morning this time of year, but a number of us have already started our rock season already!

Rock season is on!

On a side not, you could find ice for another month or so, but more importantly... ROCK season is ON!

You should show up for pub night sometime.

Hello Everyone

Long time lurker, would still be lurking if not for the fact that I saw someone driving a white cavalier away from nicks with climbing stickers and a prominent BVX sticker on a night that I know is pub night.

I have been unable to meet everyone as I have been tutoring every Wednesday for the last year. Hoping to make it out in July.

Currently a bolt clipping sport climber that enjoys just being outdoors whether climbing, scrambling, hiking or paddling. Would love to learn how to climb trad safely as well.

Hope to meet everyone as soon as I can.

Shawn
