Got a ton of irons in the fire though. Son's Bday is that week. We're headed up to MIL Sat 2nd for that. Prolly have son's bday with freinds on Fri 8th. If I can get him and the wife to commit to something, anything. Might be able to get out to JTree Sat 9th for the day/night. Then Pres day weekend freinds are wanting to hit RR. My kids have 5 day weekend. Tried to talk Wife to go with trailer, and co celabrate our 16th. Didn't get much traction. Then MIL decided last minute to have big shindig for her 50th on that weekend. Then the following weekend older boy is at Jtree for scout camp out and climbing. And I still haven't got any idea when and what the wife wants to do for our Ann. Not to mention work is kicking my keister. sooooo....... maybe. I'll PM you my cell #, and text me where you're camping when you get there, and I might be able to get there, and maybe bring a box of wine, and a camp chair. Just don't make me get out of the chair and klimb. Sounds to me like you'll need to drink that box just to sort all that shit out. Good luck.

And I would say something like, "Shut up, you sniveling little rats, you'll go to Glacier Bay, Alaska* and like it!" And you know what? They did, and they are now deeply involved in outdoor pursuits of their own, not shopping malls, golf courses, and magic kingdoms. * Or: Camping and hiking in RMNP (3 trips) River rafting through Dinosaur Natl Monument - 8 day float Climbing in Eldo, Yosemite, Smith Rock, Gunks, NH 12 day trip up Alaska's Inside Passage 14 day float down Alaska's Hula Hula River to the Arctic Ocean Parasailing in Tahoe And other boring shit like that. That is awesome. That is the kind of parent I want to be! Especially the Alaska part...

In other knews, my knee, was tender going up a flight of stairs yesterday. Although that was gone later and today. Go get a massage. They do wonders for soreness and post injury pain relief. Well worth the money. Been thinking about that. The pain has moved on from strain pain to tightness. So thats a good sign. One of the things I keep hearing is the abs need to be strengthened. The Y has a couple machines for working the abs. Need to start hitting the Y for them and just everything in general. I think the machine for abs suck. Good ol' fashioned crunches seem ed to work best for me. Worked for what?

Has anybody else noticed that they've stopped bleeping drug references out of songs now? Actually, they don't bleep a lot of things that they bleeped ten years ago. I heard Everlast's "What It's Like" on the radio tonight, and hardly ANYthing was bleeped out, whereas I remember the radio version from before being full of gaps in the lyrics.
