Just saw on mp that Patrick Edlinger died in France, too. Sucks.

You'll be fine.
If you need something to focus on during the interview, here is a personal observation. Between the combination of the lower humidity and increasing dirty-hippiness in Montana, I haven't regularly used deodorant for over a year. The last time I did was when I went to DC this summer. I must have known I was going to randomly run into dribble.

god damn that was still so random.

Hard to go wrong at the creek. What sizes do you want to climb? red, gold or blue?

Its usually best to pick a wall with 2 or 3 routes you want to do, and do other stuff while you're up there.
Golds and blues are kind of my jam.

Lots of that at Supercrack buttress if you don't mind crowds. 3am, no name, supercrack are all 3s. IHC is gold. Gorilla is fun.

If you've never been and are worried about getting destroyed by steep physical cracks, the best crag to go to is Donnelly Canyon, just opposite Supercrack. Routes there are shorter and tend to not be as steep. Elephant man, chocolate corner, generic, the Thing, lots of fun stuff and the grades are lighter by IC standards. Blue Gamma also good for shorter routes ( a good half day spot too since it's right next to the road.)

Other favorite walls with stuff you'd like are Scarface and Second Meat.

if you're taking your lady, be sure to get her on the red camalot cracks. Don't fear the .11 grade. If you put her on blue cracks she will hate the place.

durp.

So I kinda wanted to see Cloud Atlas, looking through the local theater listings I realized that this was the last night it was going to show that movie (looks like the latest Twilight movie is going to take over).

Guess I'm going to the movies tonight!

I'm so psyched on movies this fall. Saw Cloud Atlas last week, it was awesome. Going to go check out the Man with the Iron Fists tonight, which looks like cheesy fun. Then the Hobbit, then the gnu Bond flick, then Lincoln... woo!

we're going to see teh cloud atlas tonight, does that make me a racist?

Speaking of racist, we're discussing Uncle Tom's Cabin in one of my classes today. Strongly considering showing them this, to illustrate the "Magic Negro" trope in literature and movies.

And yes, ewe are RACIZT!

pretty gud. end was kind of obvious, though.

teh made up language thing wuz a little stoopid annoying. Pot calling teh kettle black?

OK, so I wus fuking rong!

Sum ov ewe.... that pay attention, might remember that quite sum tyme ago, I wus given a gnu fancy harness.

This won vvvv

At teh tyme I thought teh thing wus way to gay fer me. Hell, teh fuking thing wus smaller than sum ov teh thongs I wear. Way to shinny and colorful fer a grumpy old man. I thought that I wood never wear teh fuking thing.

When it can tyme to gets a gnu harness, instead ov trying owt teh fancy won, I got another won ov those burnt orange wons... mostly cuz, that's whut I had been using. And it seemed to werk OK. Yea, I noes... stuck it teh past.

Course, a month ago, I kneaded another gnu harness. It wus won ov those last minute decisions on a friday afternoon. Know tyme to gets teh free won shipped. I wus even willing to pay fer won, but couldn't find won in my size localy.

Reluckitly, I pulled owt teh fancy won.

I still thought teh thing wus way to gay fer me, but really had know choise. Wear teh shiney thong and be poynted and laughted at by my friends or wear teh death trap, that I fingered wood break next tyme I fell in it.

So sat morning, I slipped it two teh shiney.

It wus like pulling on a pair ov my favorite sexy panyhose lycra... I wus instantly aroused.

Luckly, it wus still early, knowbody around cept C-ya to see me sporting wood.... cuz that wood have been pretty embarassing.

Still, teh thing is... it's like yore knot even wearing a harness. Teh leg loops stay up, even withowt teh elastic, know bunching it teh crotchural area... and it make my ass look gud.

Nau, I'm knot sure ifs I wood wear it ifs I wus gunna be hanging fer a long tyme at a belay or ifs I had to have a bunch ov those wigets and whatknot hanging oft teh loops, but fer sport wanking... It's pretty damn gud. Might knot fit as well fer sum ov ewe fat gays but ifs ewe are kinda shinny, ewe might wunt to give it a try. I'm pretty much sold on it and wood never go back to teh won I used to wear.

That is awl.

I've always preferred the non adjustable leg loops if they fit. It's been tough to find lately though because petzl changed their sizing and M won't fit my giant thighs.

I have to say I'm against just two gear loops.

What is the belay loop? Is it honest to god 9/16" nylon or is it the stupid thin lightweight dental floss?

Well, good for you for finding a harness you like. I have two that are really marginal, I just keep switching between the two. I tried on every harness in REI in the spring and hated them all. I'm going to try to hold out for the new Pretzels to see if they got better.

yeah, even for teh spurts climbings I like to have at least a 3rd loop ... which is what my spurts harness right now has, since the back right loop fell off out in eldo a while back.

ewe knoh those loops are only rated to 30lbs, right donny?

Since moving to MT, I have perfected my crag clearing techniques when necessary.
Step 1: spray obnoxiously about areas outside of the one you are currently climbing. Compare all aspects of climb to completely unrelated area.
Step 2: Bring plenty of guns, cheap beer, dogs. Exercise control over none of the aforementioned.
Step 3: ?????
Step 4: PROFIT!!!!1

Feisty picture in silly costume would suffice. Especially if dribble has scratches to show for the effort.
