They had really nice routes, Heffe was the only one to zent one of the harder problems. We are probably both placing in the overall series. Woo! Went to the gym today, set a few problems with PE in mind. training home stretch? Just picked up season 2 of GOT today, but only watched one episode as Brian wanted to watch the oscars (and that's no lie.) good lord The only reason I know that Oscars were at some point this weekend is because they ad the "Oscar" theme at the tango on Friday night. Complete with red carpet and all.

The .11d right of subdivision, the one you hung the long draw on for the Mangler? I honestly can't remember the moves on MK. I cruised up like the first 5 or 6 bolts or so, then it was bolt to bolt after that.

You fall on that at the low crux where you have to use the shitty holds, the moves back left into that undercling at the mini roof, or at the crimps just above that where I hung the long draw? Sounds like my first run on MK. Cruiser up to those crux moves, then you're destroyed and have about 75 ft. of climbing left.

Today was either a fuckup, or brilliant. Woke up this morning at 6am to read over this article and put down some notes for discussion in class. Prepared for a pretty chill day. Then, I got to class, and it turns out that I had fucked up on reading the syllabus, and had prepared for NEXT monday's class. Sheeit. What I should have been cramming for was an hour lecture overview on Thomas Jefferson's view of Enlightenment and Classicism. Even worse, it turned out that there had been no reading for this class, so I could not even force me students into discussion. A few years ago, this would have been the dreaded stuff of nightmares, like showing up to a presentation in your underwear or something. But I just rolled with it. So, basically, I onsight free soloed a lecture off the top of my head that involved singing Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, drawing a fake map of North America, and analyzing Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith. All in all, I think it went pretty well. And now I can spray about it, woo!

hehe, train wreck alert: http://www.rockclimbing.com/..._reply;so=ASC;mh=25; Someone revived a decade-old thread to reveal some more dramz on Enigma. At first I thought she was talking about Amber, because she messed up some quote strings, but after telling Amber, I think the comments were directed at Enigma. Wow.

I think I've got a new moral/ethical foundation that I'm working with. If one is married to another coffee drinker, it is decent to not drink more than half of the pot of coffee in the morning, and leave the other half for one's spouse. However, if one's spouse sleeps in, he or she is not morally entitled to half of the coffee pot, since the longer you sleep in, the less coffee you actually need. Logically, since I got up earlier, slaved away for minutes making the coffee, I am entitled to more than half of the pot. that is awl.
