The Grateful Wall on Ko Yao Noi in Phang Nga Bay from November through April as it's in the shade all day. Most bolts are titanium glue-ins. The Mitt Wall on Ko Yao Noi in the morning during the winter and the Bee Wall in the afternoon. All year-round the park just outside of Phang Nga Town... nicely bolted and in the shade. Belays are on grassy lawns with flowers and pretty girlies all around.

Another vote for shelf road, even if there is snow the camp ground (still only $4/night) is open and the road is plowed. temps will be great, might just be a little cold at night

I can't believe that we're this far into the discussion without someone mentioning the New River Gorge. Sometimes it's hot and humid in May, but still better than most areas in the US in their prime.

Yes... Go to Lander! I live 40 miles from Ten Sleep and miss how quiet it used to be.... Sad days. But I really do like Wild Iris in Lander. If you go in early may you can miss many of the migrants coming up from Colorado.
