Hmmm, if it's known to be runout and R/X rated and it seldom sees traffic then it leaves me to wonder how they ended up on it.
Its all speculation, but the Friar is a cool feature/aesthetic line- and if you're cranking .12s, a .9ish R/X isnt out of the question on a day you know the trade routes will be busy.
Maybe, if you were a local with the requisite highly-tuned feel for the friability of the holds on a line with that poor quality of rock.
