I'm looking for something that I can put on my forearm to create friction between my forearms and rocks. is there such thing?

I wear a pair of disposable $4 rubber gloves which I really like because they make my hands stick to the rocks like glue. I was wondering if there is a garment of a similar material that I can cover my forearms with for those times when I'm too weak/tired to lift my entire body to the top of a rock with a flat surface using only my hands as support points
