I'm about to read The Hitchhikers Guide for the first time. Apparently I'm the last person in the world to read it. I strongly suspect that I will direct this decision.

Clearly but I'm hoping to salvage/redirect it for my own amusement.

Unless you were talking about my post, in which case you can go suck on a lemon bag of dicks.

Ah, I didn't see your comment. I guess I'll check it out now.

a definite must-read in my opinion. the four-book trilogy (yes, that's part of the joke) is worth it until the end.

Any hunters in here?

Have not done much small game hunting in recent years but I'm thinking about getting back in to it. We went to the local sporting clays spot last weekend and had a bunch of fun. Made me want to go flush some grouse.

I'm thinking about getting one of the new Browning Citori 725's but a lot of people are recommending Beretta's too. Any experiences or thoughts? Anybody shot the Citori 625?

Well looks pretty sweet, should be effective against zombies. In small groups.
I'm assuming the double barrel arrangement is prefered for reliability in the feild. My buddy let me shoot his semi automatic a couple years ago, that was freaking wack. Now I want one, but what would I use it for? knot really interested in hunting, too many other hobies. But other than that I no nothing.

Aaaaaand...

I can drive again. Woo! All it took was $253.95 in fees (today, closer to $10k total) and 2 1/2 hrs at the DMV.

After three years, it really was like riding a bike. With 4 tires, 55 mph closing speed, and a stupid little box that I have to blow into before starting the ignition and then randomly every 5-20 minutes afterward for the next year.

Don't drink and drive, kids. It's cheaper to just pay someone to cutz your rope.

Sounds like one hell of a hassle though. Proly a good thing. Makes that particular life lesson sink in nice and deep.

No preaching either. I'm super happy, and lucky, that I didn't get one myself when I was younger and dumber. There were plenty of occasions I certainly should have.

I think every new climber should be handed a GoPro when they buy their first rope and be forced to wear it for the first year or so. Amusement would be had by all.

congrats on that! well done. way to make it that far.

is that box attached to the car? In other words, does your wife need to use it, too? I've always hated those boxes for that reason alone.

I just love it when 1 1/2 hour of work will pay for a full tank of gas in the Tundra.
