Also, temps cooling off here, getting into Fall. Kicked it off by firing the summer prodge this afternoon, redsited it the first go of the day. It felt way easier than most Endless Wall 12s.

We got there Friday evening just in time for the torrential downpour and hail. Left Sunday. I did not get your text. No service, but I did get all the other texts that were sent to me while I had no service.

Yup. We stayed. Oh crap. I put a "7", where there should have been a "6". Sorry! I must not have been paying attention. We came home Sunday. My friend and my roommate both had stuff they wanted to come home for. The rain sucked, but it wasn't that bad.

I hear the weather was nice this weekend. Figures, of course!-- it's the weekend i didn't go climbing, after all.

Spent the weekend herding cats, I mean kids. Haircuts, playdates, ice cream. Hung out with Heffe. Didn't finish half of the things I planned to get to. Oh well.

Set a couple of new problems in the gym, and was told that i have now officially lost my shortie complaint card, and am never allowed to claim that any route is reachy, after my recent setting spree. But really, there isn't a single dyno move in any of the routes! Just a bit of a deadpoint, if you are short. Besides, I thought the shortie card was a life-long honorary membership, and it is non-revokable... grrr!

For some reason felt like crap on campus board. I was happy with my progress until this weekend, but high gravity interfered. Must have been the ice cream.

I still say we set Boi up with Rob, as well as throw Tony into the mix. Speaking of Tony, I've heard that the mass emails to his gym (which I'm not getting anymore) are getting more and more crazy.

And yeah, you missed a good weekend. Cool temps, no precip. I scoped out a couple hardtard lines, but was still pretty worked from four days on, so didn't climb a whole bunch. Now I have all today, and tomorrow off, but the temps spiked up into the upper 80s. Sitting in the kawfee shop (marnin yins!) and beginning a lighthearted article on the racist roots of outdoor recreation. Should be fun.

Nah, upon further reflection I decided that it was not a good use of my time. Banz would be shmoozing with the trango guys all weekend, it is a long drive, so no climbing on Sunday, and I can't climb on Friday bc the Friday is all for the 24hhh registrants, and Banz is not one of them and the registration was closed, like 10 minutes after opening. Not worth it, just for Saturday climbing.

I might come to the New with Heffe that weekend for 3 days (good jorb on getting him fired up, btw!), or go to the Red, depending on how this weekend goes.
