That is funny.. I actually started 'climbing' there. I called it climbing then but I think that it goes into the bouldering catergory now. There are a ton of other great boulering areas in wissahickon as well. Have fun!

The weather forcast this morning noted that monday might entail snow. I'm heading to Livezey on Sunday, but if you're down with snow more power to you. Livezey is awesome, but scouting around the area you'll find some other gems as well. Edit: Link to Livezey on map quest http://www.mapquest.com/...Qpwf4P419k%2fYWfnVYb

Nice, Yah i really want to get a chance to boulder on some real stuff. I think that i might be able to head down next weekend but like you said because of the snow, that might present a problem.

That map is great.. if you are looking for the actual outcropping, you will want to go downhill on livzey lane and about 3/4 a mile into it, look on the left for a dirt turnout. Park there and follow the trail. You should be walking on a trail for a minute or so then you will see a big, concrete covered pipe. The trail will lead you to walk along on top of the pipe and then the crag will be there on the left. there are actually a number of anchors along the top edge and some trees as well up there.
