:) hi i'm coming over to san francisco on the 18 march from england, can anyone recomend places to go (was thinking of visiting mission cliffs indoor wall but really want to go out doors somewhere) need some local advice would be grateful thanks.

:? hi there sorry i took so long to get back i've been working.
i mainly do traditional climbing but do go bouldering and happy to try other stuff. what sort of climbing do you prefer?

:) a couple of weeks, i have to get to vegas by early april to catch flight to new york for journey home. i hope to get out to yosemite or zion whilst out there.

Ill send you a PM with my email. Give a shout when your out here. I'd be more than happy to show you around (tahoe, yosemite, whereever you like). Forget the sport and bouldering fer christ sakes you'll be 3 hrs from yosemite!!! Im a grad student so fairly flexible with schedule.

I used to climb with alot of older englishmen in Kenya when I lived there, I only hope you don't have the same aversion to camming devices as they seemed to!! (they seemed to consider it cheating).

:D cheers for that. cams dont bother me, i'm quite new to climbing and one thing i like is you set your own standards and achive what you set out to do. if you do cheat on a climb so what next time try not to as long as you dont BS about it.
