nice website learn how to spell AU REVOIR before busting the French. You could write a similar guide to many a 'developped' country.

In reply to: nice website learn how to spell AU REVOIR before busting the French. You could write a similar guide to many a 'developped' country. LOL, you ever heard of the pot calling the kettle black, your spelling skills are not so "developped" either. Anyway, I have climbed in the Polish Tatras. One summer trip I went rock climbing, I also went in the winter and did some of that famous Polish frozen clump of turf climbing. Both times with a guide. I have the advantage of friends and family there for free lodging, and language. There is a huge amount of alpine climbing to be had there. PM with questions.

Glad to see this up. I've climbed there and had a great time, but I went with somebody who knew the area. I tried to find info on my own but had a hard time doing so. Both the Polish and Slovakian sides are wonderful, but there is more frustrating red tape on the Slovakian side. I bet this area is going to get more and more crowded over the next ten years as more foreigners discover the area.
