Used to do it at the camps I worked for. Haven't for a while. It was more of a facilitator than an instructor.

You could say that I am a challenge course instructor/facilitator amongst my many other jobs. I am on the board of directors at an adventure ed camp. I helped set up our high ropes course and our underground caves complex was my brainwave. I`ve worked there for nigh on ten years now.

I did the challenge course instructor/facilitator thing for several years in both academic and camp settings. Now I coach a high school climbing team, and the skills completely transfer over, at least for me, and have colored my coaching style a great deal.

Was a facilitator about 4 years ago. Good times, I miss working with kids.
