Thinking of taking the kids (spring break) to Chattanooga and maybe the Red for a couple of days. They really want to eat Miguel's famous pizza.....I am having a hard time finding out, what's the deal?

i think that untill it warms up hes only open on the weekend, the season hasnt realy started completely yet so its kind of sporatic. but he was open last weekend and not during the week.

He is open during the week. Except maybe Monday and Tuesday, as those are prep days. Ate there yesterday and today.

So can you still camp even on Mon and Tues??? Because I am planning on going up there for 6 nights starting a week from tomarrow... I cant wait... hope to see some of you there...

Yep, just pay when you see him. The store will usually open those days, just no cooking. And he might be open full time by then as well.
I should be around some during that week. Maybe run into you all and I hope the weather is much better by then.

ARG! I wish I could get over and eat during the week. :( I think work would frown on a 3-hour lunch... what am I saying, 3 hours? I'd mysteriously disappear for the rest of the day! :lol:
