We've all seen those "where are they now" posts and articles. How about some new columns: "Why won't they go away? or "Why are they still here?" or "Who gives a fuck about so and so?"

Because every sport has it's role models and up-and-comers. After awhile the hype about one person will die and others will take over. Then people think back and wonder, "What happened to so-and-so?" It happens in all professions, it's a part of life.
