I don't know how many people plan on going already, but it is a blast. Maybe those of us that area there can meet up for some routes and brews. It is July 11-14 in Lander WY.
I think this is the link of it www.climbersfestival.org

I met and climbed with Phlyfisher-he's a good guy, even if you don't plan on climbing we should get together to hang with him and his bros.

Just kidding, you should definitely climb.

The fest is July 11-14 in Lander, Wyoming. From what Phly has told me it sounds cool. I am planning on going at least for the weekend-damn this 40 hrs/week office job.

I will be in Lander starting the Tuesday before the Festivel, and in need of a partner for Sinks and Wild Iris. I climb easy to mid 10's.

I don't know if any members were there, but the weekend was incredible. So many climbers from around the world and all of them super cool. It was very easy to find a rope gun, so I got in way over my head several times. Humbling but inspirational. I can't wait until I can go back and climb them for real. The rock is fantastic. I must do destination for sport climbers. Some of the routes were classics. Mostly short at Wild Iris but the moves are awesome. The temps were alittle hot (104, 105) but early morning it was nice. Tons of free gear was dished out by the sponsers. Very cool. I got a new rope, shoes, 3 T-shirts, and several biners. I would recommend people attend next years.
