Just wondering if anyone knew where I could get the guide book to the area? I think its called "A Guide to Table Mountain and Tuolumne Pass" by Grant Hiskes.

Learnin, Depending on where you are, Planet Granite had some in stock. email me and I can send you locations that usually carry it. The official title is "A Climbers Guide to the Sonora Pass Highway" use the website as a resource, forum, and supplement to the guide. A second print edition is still a bit away last I had heard from BY. Cheers,

Sierra Nevada Adventure Company (SNAC) usually has it. they are located in downtown sonora. also, i believe the rock is not bassalt. its very abrasive with lots of traction but i forget what its called. ill ask one of the geologists at work.
