My appologies up front if this has been covered before. I was wondering what, if any, are the affects of taking vitamins (multivitamin tablets) and the development of muscles. Do muscles need this vitamin intake to grow or is not necessary? Give me some info. Thanks

i think that vitamins dont really affect muscle development, unless theres to much/little of them. so, dont overdo it. also try not to completely reduce the amount of them in your diet, you know where that leads. CLIMB ON

Your body has a huge number of chemical reactions going on constantly. Vitamins and minerals lower the amount of energy your body needs in order the reactions to happen. Some reactions require so much energy they will not happen w/o the required vitamin(s). Anyway, the less energy your body uses on the reactions, the more energy it will have on reserve to do other things. However, don't think that by taking a multivamin you'll have so much energy that you'll bench 300lbs. But it can't hurt things.
