Hi!
Campusing or hangboards are good for your arms and finger strength... And working up your endurance is good too, things like cardio workouts help... and plenty of climbing!!!

there were very many messages about it and the part that i agree with is that
beginners should not use the hangboards or specific arm training.

i am new into climbing, so for some monthes i trained my arms very hard, but once my friend said, - 'give it up for a couple of monthes, think about your legs, climb when you're tired and your arms couldn't work so hard , you'll see the result'.

and it's true, i see the result - i don't pay so much attention to the training of my arms, but i can climb much better
