I talked my wife and kids into a camping trip to Oklahoma Wichita Wildlife Refuge to do some climbing. Drove 190 mi, took extra time off from work, had to cart water hundreds of feet to the camper(electric only sites and....

It rained off and on every day the week of the 4th. Never got on the rocks

Anyone familar with this area

I'm not but I feel for you.
I know what's like to have to talk a spouse into something. It can be hard sometimes.

Just climb in the rain. Get used to climbing under all conditions and you will be a better climber. If I drove more than 10 minutes to climb, I'm climbing rain/shine/sleet/snow/apocalypse.

Dude. down here in Florida there is no outside climbing, we only get to go outside if we drive to Atlanta whcich is the closest. 6 hours. Last time at rocktown it raiin the whole trip. Froze like a popcicle but had a blast cranking on some nice wet crippy problems. Don't let a little rain get in the way of fun. It is nature play with her.
