Does Del still have his property open for camping? I heard (a while back) that he had closed down. Since then I've heard he is back open.
Can anyone give me the latest?
Is open during the week or just weekends?

I was there back in march and the only change was that it is now $5 a person a night. Besides that i would assume its still open. But i haven't been more recent than march, Sorry.

Del's is not really open to the public, so if you go be respectful. He doesn't mind a few people camping there, but if it gets out of hand again, then it will ruin it for all of us... so if go, pay the 5 bucks per night per person, clean up after yourself, read the rules as you drive in, and have fun! Del's is my favorite place in the whole wide world... it's nice because it isn't to crowded or anything.... so go and have fun, but try to to publize it to much...

I was there two weekends ago and it was open. Just like everyone else has said, pay the 5 dollars and respect his land. Its a fun place to camp, his dogs stayed with us all day at North Clear.

I have to go up to Kingston every other weekend to pick up my son, his mom lives up there. Where is this place located at? I have been just backpacking to find a place to sleep or sleeping in the bed of my truck. Killer climbs at Obed by the way love the place
