I can check this on a map when I get home but I was hoping to get back to somebody quicker than that. Anyone know the elevation at Sky Pond? And what the hike in is like. Will be hiking it with someone who is closing in on 7 months pregnant.

Thanks

Sky Pond is at 10,900ft, give or take a few feet.
As the hike from Galcier Gorge is about 4 miles, with some 1,400ft of ascent, it would seem to be quite a hike for someone who is 7 months pregnant. (but then I've never been pregnant..)

As I recell it isn't too steep - the steepest section was the section up to The Loch.

Thanks,

I know it sounds crazy but this woman is a badass! She's still climbing hard 10's.
