Well, Bay Area, Donner might be a really nice place for you to go, but it's 2-3 hours away for you.
I live in Reno and we go to Donner every week, Friday's and Saturdays.
You are more than welcome to meet up with us and climb at Donner we've got tons of gear, you just need a harness and shoes.
Otherwise: Check the regional Forums, that will be the fastest way.
CLIMB OUTSIDE ASAP! It's better out here.

well i am in concord for the summer and willing to take someone out, im in concord so if you wanted to do some climbing close to home mt diablo has plenty for a days worth, or whereever sounds interesting to you.
