True Story:

I was in a strip club one night while in college with a friend who had never been to one and who was also a little naive. We were sitting front row at one of the satellite stages with my friend in between me and some dude we didn't know. All three of us were having a great time when the dude leans over to my friend and says, "This beer just ain't getting it for me, you wanna go in the bathroom for a bump?" My friend gets this horrified look on his face, leans over to me and says, "I think this guy wants to go in the bathroom and fuck me." Having a good laugh, I waited awhile before telling my friend that the guy was just asking if he wanted to snort some illicits.

Every time I see someone type bump in their their threads, this is what comes to mind.
