I will be working in Colorado Springs, CO for approximatley 3 months starting 6 Sep 05. I am from Walla Walla, WA and have never been to Colorado. I am looking for the following beta:
1. Affordable housing (prefer to stay with a rock climber if possible)
2. Climbing season (will I be able to climb and where)
3. Climbing partners (need someone to climb with)
4. Classic routes (prefer multipitch 5.10 and below)
5. Entertainment (places to go as a non-climber)
6. Any other beta you can think of (the locals only kind of info)

2. Mostly everywhere year round
3. Check out the Front Range Climbing Partners Thread.
4. To many to list.
5. In the Springs? Nothing.
6. All the woman here are in love with one dude only and trust me, you don't live up! :)

Sharing a house would be great, but I am not looking to rent a whole house just for 3 months.

I'll keep my ears open although it will be tough. Your best bet if you could stand it would be to hook up with some college kids for a semester.
