just letting everyone know that we will be holding an ABS comp on Dec. 17, 2005. sorry it's so close to the holidays, but all of us hope to see you there.

it's between rt. 8 and north park. if you need more specific directions, call my gym. 412.487.2145. there will also be an EMS charity comp on Nov. 12 if you're interested. all benefits go to the access fund. hope to hear from ya soon
