I will be traveling to Northern Germany for a few weeks and was wondering if anyone could give me beta on the bouldering around Weser-Bergland. I have been bouldering at Bivak in the Ith, and the Pferdestall around Luerdissen, but can't seem to find directions to most of the other boulders in the area. My wife is German so anyone could post here or pm me auf Deutsch. I have the book Klettern im Norden and have looked at the website Kletternimnorden.de but still can't get directions to the boulders proper. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't actually done any bouldering in Germany, so I can't help you with details personally. But if you are going to be based near Hannover, you might want to try asking someone at either the Escaladrome (bouldering wall, http://www.escaladrome.de/) or Level-Up (climbing wall/fitness studio, http://www.levelup-hannover.de). Escaladrome opened after I left, so I am not sure if I know anyone there, but if you ask for Rouven, Dirk or Phillip at Level-Up and mention Gabe, they ought to be able to help you out. Even if they don't know themselves (though Dirk should....), they should know who would.
