"Es de Paola....ha ha ha" I've had this video for awhile now and it still amazes me everytime I watch it, now only if there wasn't that stupid commentary.

Stupid commentary? Are you kidding? It's the voice of Dave Graham. He probably used the video for mental training before doing his own ascent of the route. He rocks! (Paola rocks too :D )

It kinda sounds like Dave Graham, but I doubt it's him. I believe it's actually the voice of the film maker Paul Dusatko. I also believe the footage is from Inertia 2.

List of known ascents of Action Directe in order: 1. Wolfgang Gullich 2. Alexander Adler 3. Iker Pou 4. David Graham What should be noted is that Gullich, Adler, and Pou all trained specificcally for the route. Graham on the other hand sent within a week. It's unfortunate we can't capture all hard sends on video for us dreamers to enjoy.

Yes Gullich trained the specificcally for the route , but what year was it?? in that moment who could imagine that .

I know this is being redundant. But who cares about whose voice that is. This is some of the most inspiring footage I have ever seen. Not only does it make me want to go outside right now. It makes me want to train for a year campusing on mono-pockets. yeah right. I would tear the tendons out of my wrists. Heading to Frankenjura on friday and hoping i can get a picture touching that first mono dyno. hahahha rock on, get high
