Are there any multipitch sport routes at Red Rocks in the 5.7 - 5.8 - 5.9 range? I have googled to find an answer, but have come up with nothing. My guess is no, but does anyone know something I don't?

no.
in truth, there arent many multipitch sport routes at all here. those that may be considered multipitch have parts that require you to be comfortable running it out heavily if you dont have gear or soloing a pitch or two of easier terrain (Prince of Darkness is a good example- the first pitch of the route is 5.6 and requires gear to protect).
