I just moved to this area and looking to find someone...anyone to climb with around here. I used to go to Vertical Endavors but now it's like a 2 hr drive.
I know they have a climbing wall at Riverside HC and it cost $15.00 a day. So if anyone lives around here let me know I need to climb!

Boy do I feel sorry for you. I grew up in the Kankakee area and needless to say, I got out as soon as I graduated HS.
If you do find places to climb, let me know too as I would love to have something more to do when I go back for visits.

Yeah it's so BORING out here but it pays the bills. I know there isn't any place too close but I'm willing to travel too. Like I said riverside fitness center has a wall $15.00 it looks ok.

You can go to the State Park (be low key though, I'm not sure it is still allowed), Climb-On climbing gym in Homewood, IL, just off I-57 and I-80 (sort of), and the best choice...drive five hours and climb in So Ill. It's outside and free (minus gas of course) and you'll have way more fun. Good luck erika. Email for beta if you need.
