I'll be in the Boulder/Eldo area on November 6-8 and am curious to know what the weathers like around there at that time. I also am interested in peoples suggestions for routes. While there, i would ideallty like to climb multi-pitch trad routes, Grade II to III, between 5.6 and 5.8, that will take my breath away! Any Suggestions? What about local hangouts i could pick up a partner at? Any Help would be much apprieciated. Thanks Tim

It depends on how strong you are. Moderate Eldo routes are an oxymoron.... If haven't ever climbed there I would start at the lower end of your ability. Climb on a weekday Rewritten 5.7 on Redgarden A bit of a hike for eldo, but awesome exposure... Not nearly as greasy as Bastile, but more loose rock. Anyting on the Wind Tower for a visitor, but especially Wind Ridge 5.8- on the Wind Tower Easy to locate for a visitor, first crag on the Right when you enter the park. Its the far left route on the Wind Tower Calypso 5.6 to Reggae 5.8 (one move that is well protected) On the wind tower.

Long John Wall 5.8 Ruper 5.8 (must do at the grade) Wind Ridge 5.7 The Bulge 5.7 (Bastille crack would be a little cold in November) Edited to add: I'll second shaggyj's recommendation of Rewritten
