Sure ... thin air dries rather quickly. If it ain't, think of it as training for those times when you get stuck in the rain. Good pratice!

Doubtful! It's been raining all day here in the Valley, and the rains have been pretty steady throughout the week. We do have a steady wind that kicked up yesterday and continued on through the night, but I rained on and off all night long. The prediction is for rain or showers right through Thursday. There was a lot of water pouring off the cliff yesterday. Wednesday might be pushing it.

There's an aptly-named route up at Crag Y called Slimor (5.6). The guidebook describes it like this: "When everything else is soaking wet, you might as well climb Slimor."

Well, the sun just popped out here, and the forcast for Thursday is looking brighter. Are you coming up from Lebenon? If things are wet, you could always try Sundown or something like that...or, just shoot up to Crag Y and hit "Slimor" (sounds excellent)

coming up from the Boston Area. if the sun remains out today, and for some of tomorrow, wed shouldnt be too bad. it says 30% of scattered showers for wed. 30% usually means no showers (they are covering their ass because they dont really know). i guess i'll have to wait and see what tomorrow is like up there.

30% showers means 70% dry! No matter how you look at it.
