They are open right? I perused their website and couldn't find anything to the contrary.

Hope it'll be decent weather. Anyone else going?

I'll be going early that week for the first time. Any beta on must see areas, must do problems, or other tips on visiting there? There is camping there, right?

what V-grades are you targeting?

there is camping there, but i'm sure that they'll have the water spigots turned off to prevent pipes from freezing. maybe bring some water?

to-mas:

I can point you toward all the must-do stuff up to about V4...above that, I haven't tried too much. There, that's my "anti-spray".

T

There is camping there. It costs 8$ a night and includes the day use fee. They have water spigots at the sites (which will probably be off), but there is also a bathroom with showers. If you're there during the weekend, they have a little restaurant/grill where you can get some damn fine burgers.

As for problems... hell, it's all good.

I recommend giving sandbox a go. It's the most frustrating V2 in the world. Bumboy is a classic V4 and very fun. However, there are so many problems there that you can't go wrong.

Check out www.drtopo.com and you can download a nice topo book for free.

Have a good time.

To answer my own question, YES, they are open during T-day...

I wonder if I can cook a turkey in a camp-fire....

Anyone else gonna be there that week?
