Live in Tuscaloosa, looking to climb weekends at Sand Rock or Pallisades. Could do even late afternoons during summer at Boulder Field in Birmingham.

Hey. I attend the University of Alabama here in Tuscaloosa. What level do you climb at and what type of climbing do you do?
I won't be here in the summer, but maybe next year we could get together sometime.

I live in Ga, but some of us will be going to Sandrock either May 26th or 27th (we're still finalizing plans). Let me know if this sounds good to you, and we'll figure the rest out later.

I will be travelling down to Montgomery in October for six weeks and would be intersted in climbing with someone familiar with the area on weekends. I am a trad climber, top rope or lead climb up to 5.8

I'm from birmingham and love the TR at palisades and the sport routes at sandrock. I go pretty much every weekend and some afternoons if my schedule will permit.

Anyone know how far the nearest climbing areas are from Southern Alabama? Like, say Fort Rucker? Seems like everything is up north.
